What counts as a bulk order?
A bulk order is any purchase of 13 or more magnets. Bulk orders qualify for special pricing, require an inquiry before purchase, and may need additional production time depending on volume.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk orders receive $0.50 off per magnet.
A bulk order inquiry must be submitted to receive this rate.
How are bulk orders shipped?
Bulk orders include:

- Signature‑required delivery
- Standard bulk packaging designed for safe, secure delivery of larger quantities
What happens if my bulk order is lost or damaged?
We’ll assist you in filing a carrier claim or locating your shipment.
Once the carrier approves the claim, we’ll remake and reship your order.
Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case‑by‑case.
What if I typed the wrong address?
Bulk orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for replacement or refund. Please double‑check your shipping details before submitting your inquiry.
