Bring the magic of instant photo magnets to your event. Magnet Loft offers onsite magnet‑making for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. Guests get to choose their favorite photos and watch them turn into high‑quality keepsake magnets right before their eyes.

Our event service is interactive, memorable, and designed to fit seamlessly into your special day.

⭐ How It Works

1. Host Pre‑Purchases 30+ Magnets

To book Magnet Loft for onsite service, the event host must pre‑purchase a minimum of 30 magnets at the event rate of $4.50 per magnet. This covers all magnet‑making labor, materials, and onsite production. 

2. Base Event Fee (Required)

A flat Event Fee is required for all bookings. This fee covers:

• Travel
• Setup
• Teardown
• Equipment handling
• Backup materials
• Onsite presence

3. Included Time

Your booking includes 2 hours of onsite magnet‑making.

During this time, Magnet Loft will:

• Print magnets on demand
• Assemble and package magnets
• Assist guests with photo selection
• Distribute any pre‑made magnets
• Maintain a smooth and engaging experience
  

Note: max of 62 magnets can be made within the 2hrs mark which is within the base fee. For example: if you would like 100 magnets made for your event, a minimum of 3 hrs is needed, therefore an overtime fee has to be added.

4. Overtime (Optional)

If the host wishes to extend the service window:
Overtime Rate: $75 per additional hour
This allows flexibility for longer events or high guest turnout.

⭐ Production Options

Option A — Pre‑Made + On‑Demand Combo

The host submits photos ahead of time. Magnet Loft pre‑makes a portion of the magnets before the event, and the remaining magnets are printed live onsite.

Option B — Fully On‑Demand

All magnets are printed live at the event. Guests choose their photos onsite, creating a fun, interactive experience.

⭐ Unused Magnet Policy

If the host does not use all the magnets purchased:
They have 30 days after the event to submit photos for the remaining magnets.

Magnet Loft will:

• Print the remaining magnets
• Package them
• Ship them for free

This ensures the host receives full value from their booking.

⭐ Guest Add‑On Purchases

If individual guests want additional magnets not included in the host’s prepaid amount:
Guest Rate: $5 per magnet
This keeps standard pricing consistent while allowing guests to purchase extras.

⭐ Photobooth Add‑On & Non-onsite service (Coming in Future)

Magnet Loft will soon offer a photobooth setup that pairs perfectly with onsite magnet‑making.
