🧲 Orders & Custom Magnets

How long do orders take to make?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Custom or large orders may take a little longer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t started production yet, we can usually make changes. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! You can upload your photo or artwork directly on the product page.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns? We accept returns for defective items only. Custom photo magnets cannot be returned unless defective.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?  contact us.

We will assist you in filing a carrier claim or locating your shipment, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.


📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes — every order includes tracking.

Free Shipping on orders over $50

Express Delivery is available for faster shipping times. Please note that this upgraded service isn’t eligible for free shipping, even on orders over $50.

My package says delivered but I don’t see it.

Check around your mailbox, porch, or apartment office. If it still can’t be found. If not, contact us and we will see what we can do to help. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim or locating your shipment, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.


📦 Bulk Orders

What counts as a bulk order?

A bulk order is any purchase of 13 or more magnets. Bulk orders qualify for special pricing, require an inquiry before purchase, and may need additional production time depending on volume.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Bulk orders receive $0.50 off per magnet. A bulk order inquiry must be submitted to receive this rate.

How are bulk orders shipped?

Bulk orders include:

  • Free shipping

  • Full carrier insurance

  • Signature‑required delivery

  • Standard bulk packaging designed for safe, secure delivery of larger quantities

What happens if my bulk order is lost or damaged?

We’ll assist you in filing a carrier claim or locating your shipment. Once or If the carrier approves the claim, we’ll remake and reship your order. Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case‑by‑case.

What if I typed the wrong address?

Bulk orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for replacement or refund. Please double‑check your shipping details before submitting your inquiry.

🎉 Event Services FAQ ✨

What is the minimum to book Magnet Loft for an event?

A minimum purchase of 50 magnets at the event rate of $4.50 each is required to secure your date.

What is the Event Fee?

The $150 Event Fee covers travel, setup, teardown, equipment handling, and onsite presence.

How long does Magnet Loft stay at the event?

Your booking includes 2 hours of onsite magnet‑making.

Can I add more time?

Yes — additional time is available at $75 per hour.

How does magnet production work?

You can choose between:

  • Pre‑Made + On‑Demand Combo: Submit photos ahead of time and have some magnets ready before the event.

  • Fully On‑Demand: All magnets are printed live at the event.

What if we don’t use all the magnets we purchased?

You have 30 days after the event to submit photos for any unused magnets. We will print and ship them free.

Can guests buy extra magnets?

Yes — guests can purchase additional magnets at the standard rate of $5 each.

Do you offer a photobooth setup?

A photobooth add‑on is coming soon. It will include preset designs, decor, setup, breakdown, and additional labor. An inquiry will be required.

Do you travel outside Portland, OR?

Yes — travel within the Portland metro area is included. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside this region.
