All orders ship within the United States. We’re offering pre‑orders early to make sure your keepsake arrives before Christmas and right to your door in December.
All orders ship with insured USPS or UPS service:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Transit time begins after your batch ships.
This helps us avoid holiday shipping delays and ensures your items arrive in December, right on time for the holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Items
Custom items (including photo magnets) are non‑returnable due to personalization.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us so we can see what we can do. We require photo proof of the product and packaging to evaluate the issue. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
Non‑Custom / Pre-Order Items
Pre‑order items are final sale. Each piece is reserved and scheduled in advance, so we’re unable to offer refunds on pre‑orders.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Damage, Theft & Quality Claims
We take great care to ensure every order is produced and packaged securely. Because quality can be subjective, we do not offer replacements or refunds for claims based solely on personal preference. We will never ship an item that does not meet our quality standards.
For claims involving damage, theft, or non‑delivery, proof is required, such as photos of the product, packaging, or carrier status.
